General Platform Agreement
By uploading or downloading certificates, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Certificate Upload & Authenticity
Users are strictly responsible for ensuring that all uploaded certificates are genuine, accurate, and legally obtained. Uploading fake, altered, or fraudulent certificates is strictly prohibited.
Permitted Use and Account Security
Use Spark Services only for your own records or records you are authorised to manage. Do not share account credentials, attempt to access another person’s files, upload malware, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Files, Ownership, and Availability
You retain ownership of your documents and grant Spark Services the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver them through the service. The platform accepts PDF files only and applies size limits. Keep your own backup: the service may be temporarily unavailable, and Spark Services does not verify or guarantee a document’s authenticity.
Suspension, Deletion, and Changes
We may restrict access where needed to protect users, comply with law, or investigate suspected misuse. You can delete files from your vault at any time; deletion removes the stored file and its associated record, subject to limited backup or legal-retention requirements. We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the revised terms.
