All uploaded certificates are stored securely using industry-standard security measures. Access to certificates is restricted to authorized users. Personal information is handled securely and responsibly.
Data Retention
Uploaded certificates may be retained until the user deletes them or requests account deletion, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
What We Collect and Why
We process the account and profile details you provide, document metadata such as file name and upload time, and technical security records such as IP address and activity logs. This information is used to authenticate you, store and retrieve documents, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain an audit trail.
Access, Sharing, and Security
Your documents are accessible only to your authenticated account through protected application APIs. We do not sell uploaded documents. We may disclose information only when required by law, to protect users or the service, or to providers that operate the authenticated storage and hosting needed to deliver Spark Services. No internet service can promise absolute security, so use a unique password and avoid uploading documents you are not authorised to store.
Your Choices
You can review and correct profile details from your Profile page, download your files, or delete individual files from the vault. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact support. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

We may update this policy to reflect product, security, or legal changes. The latest version is published here and is effective from 1 August 2026.
